Care innovation

Our focus lies on continuous (process) innovation to improve healthcare for our patients, to enable our professionals to perform optimally, and to keep healthcare costs within limits. These innovations are crucial to keeping primary physician care accessible and available.

Some examples of healthcare innovation we are developing:

To expand our online services: the possibility of directly scheduling appointments in the general practitioners’ appointment book, based on online triage that defines the right measure of urgency.

Differentiation of activities: if patients who have relatively simple and commonplace ailments are enabled to consult a Physician Assistant or a Nursing Specialist, the General Practitioner (GP) will be able to spend more time on complicated care.

To enhance the General Practitioners’ (GP) directing function: efficient referral to the right specialist if necessary. Accurate diagnostics in primary care, close to home and lower in costs.
