Patient satisfaction

Your opinion is very important to us. After a visit to one of our healthcare centres we may ask you to fill in a short patient satisfaction survey.

We commit continuous research in order to measure patient satisfaction. You may receive an invitation for this survey after visiting one of our healthcare centres. This survey is anonymous (it is not known to the healthcare centre by whom the questionnaire is filled in). However, our healthcare centres have continuous insight in the (anonymous) results of this research.

In this survey your opinion on three subjects will be asked:

  • How satisfied are you regarding booking appointments?
  • How do you rate the healthcare centre and its location? 
  • How do you rate the level of care that is provided at this location? Not satisfied?

You can see the actual average score of this location in the green bar below or on the homepage of your healthcare centre. The figures are updated every week and always incorporate the previous 6 months.
